KVKK Clarification Text
1. Data Controller – Identity and Contact Information
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Beyde Dairy Industry Inc. in its capacity as the data controller.
This Clarification Text has been prepared to inform you about the methods of collecting personal data, purposes of processing, transfer, protection, storage, and destruction processes carried out by our company.
2. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through the following legal methods:

Contact forms, cookies, campaign/subscription forms, e-mail communication, and technical data (IP address, log data, etc.).
📞 Verbal/Written:
Phone calls, face-to-face meetings, complaints, and suggestion notifications.

Production facility visitor logs, event/organization registrations, and physical application documents.

Name, surname, and address; processed for identification of customers/visitors and fulfillment of legal obligations.

Order, invoice, and payment records; processed for contract execution and accounting processes.
c) Visitor/User Data:
Technical information (IP, cookies) processed for site security, performance analysis, and service delivery.
